Are you over 18 and looking for an authentic Spanish language learning experience in Spain?
The UNED offers intensive Spanish courses with reduced class sizes, divided into different levels. They are taught by native teachers, using modern materials tailored to your needs.
Every day of the week you will receive in-person classes in the university centre of the UNED, combined with sociocultural activities in the unique environment of the city of Segovia.
Living with a local family, providing you with full-board accommodation, will allow you to achieve the immersion you are looking for with support 24/7.
Option 1
Two weeks, 40 hours of classes and 35 hours of sociocultural activities
(3 ECTS credits)

Option 2
Two weeks, 60 hours of class and 40 hours of sociocultural activities
(4 ECTS credits)
Price: 2600 €
The Spanish Live UNED experience also includes:
♦ Transfer from Madrid to Segovia and vice versa

In addition to time spent with the host family, the immersion programme includes a linguistic and a sociocultural component, with daily activities, that may vary according to the length of your stay (2 or 3 weeks).
The linguistic component corresponds to the fundamental Spanish classes. These are carried out in the morning, in a group of students of a similar level as you, which that may is determined by the level test taken on the first day. Full details of your academic programme will be provided on arrival.
The sociocultural component takes place in the evening through fun, activities, and planned social events.

- 40 hours (4 per day, Monday to Friday) of in-person Spanish classes in the UNED Centre, Segovia:
- Up-to-date content based on real situations
- Specific, self-produced materials
- Progressive development of communication, written, and oral skills
- Innovative didactic method

- Fully equipped classrooms with state-of-the-art technology
- Guided visits:
- “City of Segovia, World Heritage Site” (with entry to the Alcázar)
- Royal Site of the Farm of San Ildefonso (with entry to the Palace, Gardens and the Museum of the Royal Glass Factory)
- Royal Mint and the Alameda del Parral (with entry to the Royal Mint)
- Cooking workshop including tasting
- Meeting with local students
- Farewell party with host families

- 60 hours (4 per day, Monday to Friday) of in-person Spanish classes in the UNED Centre of Segovia:
- Current content based on real situations

Location
Segovia, site of Human Heritage of UNESCO since 1985, is an attractive millennial and safe city, located only 87 km from Madrid. It is characterised by its lively cultural life, and enjoyable young atmosphere and leisure activities.
By learning Spanish in the UNED Centre- Segovia, located in the heart of the city, you will be able to join the welcoming and tight-knit Spanish speaking university community, which will make your stay a useful and unforgettable experience.
How to get here

If, on the other hand, you wish to make your own way here, the quickest mode of transport is the high-speed train (AVE), which offers an approximately 30-minute, direct and return service between Madrid and Segovia
